Tehran is also a hub for other major international airline carriers based in other foreign countries such as KLM, Aeroflot, Australian Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Emirates, Gulf Air and BMI.

Although traveling to Iran is generally safe, the country was not blessed with the most alluring capital as Tehran is home to much pollution and traffic.
